2026년 9월 5일 개정: 생성 결과물의 보관, 퍼스널컬러 진단·K뷰티 3D의 처리 위탁·국외 이전 대상, Face Pro 연락처 안내, 접속·결제 기록의 보관 주체, 브라우저 저장소 사용을 실제 처리 방식에 맞게 수정했습니다.
라라랜드맘(이하 “회사”)은 beauwheel.com 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

회사는 이용자의 건강 상태, 병력, 시술 이력 등 의료 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적

- 부정 이용 방지 및 서비스 안정성 확보
회사는 위 목적 외의 용도로 개인정보를 이용하지 않습니다. 특히 이용자의 얼굴 사진을 AI 모델의 학습 데이터로 사용하지 않으며, 광고·홍보 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
3. 사진의 처리 방식과 보유 기간
- 업로드한 원본 사진은 가상 디자인 생성과 퍼스널컬러 진단을 위해서만 외부 AI 처리 서비스에 전송되며, 회사의 서버·저장소에는 보관하지 않습니다.
- 생성된 결과물(워터마크 없는 원본)은 결제 후 잠금 해제, 최종 점검(재보완), 변신 영상 제작에 사용하기 위하여 회사가 이용하는 Supabase 비공개 저장소(beauwheel-previews)에 보관됩니다. 보관된 결과물은 생성 후 24시간이 지나면 자동 삭제되며(클리닉 파일럿 이용 시에는 출고 직후 삭제), 그 전에도 이용자가 제8항의 절차에 따라 삭제를 요청하면 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 이용자의 브라우저에는 워터마크가 적용된 축소본이 표시되고, 결제 후 원본의 저장 여부는 이용자가 결정합니다.
- 생성 처리를 위해 외부 AI 처리 서비스에 전송된 사진과 결과물은 해당 서비스의 임시 저장소에 일정 기간 보관될 수 있으며, 회사는 이를 제5항 및 제6항에서 안내합니다. K뷰티 3D를 이용하는 경우 생성 결과물이 3D 변환 서비스(Tripo)로 전송되며, 3D 파일 링크는 생성 후 24시간이 지나면 만료됩니다.
- Face Pro 주문의 경우 검수용 사진과 시안은 회사 서버에 자동 저장되지 않으며, 이메일로 주고받은 사진과 시안은 전달 완료 후 30일 이내에 담당자가 삭제합니다. 이용자가 조기 삭제를 요청하면 즉시 삭제합니다.
그 밖의 정보는 수집 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기하되, 관련 법령에 따라 아래 정보는 정해진 기간 보관합니다.

4. 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 특히 병원·의원·시술자 등 의료기관에 이용자의 정보를 제공하거나 알선하지 않습니다. 법령에 근거하거나 수사기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

이용자는 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있습니다. 다만 사진의 국외 이전 없이는 생성 처리가 불가능하므로, 거부하시는 경우 서비스를 이용하실 수 없습니다.
7. 쿠키와 브라우저 저장소
회사는 이용권 잔여 횟수 보관, 결제 복구, 언어 설정 유지를 위하여 브라우저 저장소 (localStorage 등)를 사용합니다. 결제 화면으로 이동하는 동안에는 업로드한 사진과 생성 결과물이 이용자의 브라우저 저장소에 임시 보관되며, 결제 화면에서 돌아오면 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 이 정보는 이용자의 기기 안에만 있으며 회사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정에서 이를 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 구매한 이용권이 조회되지 않을 수 있습니다.
회사는 서비스 이용 통계 분석을 위하여 Google Analytics를 사용합니다. 이 과정에서 분석용 쿠키(_ga 등)를 통해 유입 경로, 열람 화면, 기능 사용 여부 등 접속 기록이 수집되며, IP 주소는 익명화되어 처리됩니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정 또는 Google Analytics 차단 부가기능으로 이를 거부할 수 있고, 거부하더라도 서비스 이용에는 제한이 없습니다.
8. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 요청하시면 지체 없이 조치하고 그 결과를 회신합니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 수집하지 않습니다.

10. 안전성 확보 조치
회사는 사진 전송 구간을 암호화(HTTPS)하고, 결제 및 생성 요청에 대하여 서버 측 검증을 수행하며, 처리 권한을 최소한의 인원으로 제한하고 있습니다.
11. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 변경되는 경우 변경 내용과 시행일을 사이트에 공지합니다.

Revised 5 September 2026: storage of generated output, processors and cross-border recipients for the personal-colour diagnosis and K-Beauty 3D, Face Pro contact details, who holds access and payment records, and browser storage use were corrected to match actual processing.
Lalalandmam (the “Company”) treats the personal data of beauwheel.com users with care and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable law.

The Company does not collect medical information such as health status, medical history or procedure records.
2. Purpose of processing
- Generating and displaying AI virtual appearance design images and transformation clips
- Free personal-colour diagnosis (analysis of skin tone and colouring in the photograph) and K-Beauty 3D conversion
- Reviewing and delivering Face Pro drafts
- Confirming payment, granting and deducting credits, handling refunds
- Responding to enquiries and providing customer support
- Preventing misuse and maintaining service stability
The Company does not use personal data for any other purpose. In particular, the Company does not use your facial photographs as training data for AI models and does not use them for advertising or promotion.
3. How photographs are handled and how long they are kept
- The photograph you upload is transmitted to external AI processing providers solely for virtual design generation and the personal-colour diagnosis, and is not stored on the Company's servers or storage.
- Generated output (the unwatermarked original) is kept in a private Supabase storage bucket (beauwheel-previews) used by the Company so that it can be unlocked after payment, refined in the final check, and used to make the transformation clip. Stored output is deleted automatically 24 hours after generation (immediately after release when used through a clinic pilot); before then, if you request deletion under section 8, it is deleted without delay. Your browser shows a watermarked reduced copy, and whether to save the unlocked original is your decision.
- Photographs and output sent to external AI processing providers may be held in those providers' temporary storage for a period; this is set out in sections 5 and 6. Where you use K-Beauty 3D, the generated output is sent to the 3D conversion provider (Tripo), and the 3D file link expires 24 hours after generation.
- For Face Pro orders, review photographs and drafts are not automatically stored on the Company's servers; photographs and drafts exchanged by email are deleted by staff within 30 days of delivery, or immediately upon your request.
Other data is destroyed without delay once its purpose is fulfilled. The following records are retained for the periods required by law:

4. Disclosure to third parties
The Company does not disclose personal data to third parties. In particular, the Company does not provide user information to, or broker introductions with, hospitals, clinics or practitioners. Disclosure required by law or upon lawful request by an investigative authority is excepted.

You may refuse the transfer. However, generation is not possible without transferring the photograph abroad, so refusal means the Service cannot be used.
7. Cookies and browser storage
The Company uses browser storage (such as localStorage) to hold your remaining credits, recover an interrupted payment and remember your language. While you are redirected to the payment screen, the photograph you uploaded and the generated output are held temporarily in your browser storage and are deleted automatically when you return; this data stays on your device only and is not sent to the Company's servers. You may disable browser storage in your browser settings, but purchased credits may then not be found.
The Company uses Google Analytics to measure how the service is used. Analytics cookies (such as _ga) record access logs including referral path, screens viewed and feature usage; IP addresses are anonymised. You may opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, with no restriction on your use of the service.
8. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data. Requests sent to the contact below are actioned without delay and the outcome is reported to you. The Company does not collect personal data from children under the age of 14.

10. Security measures
The Company encrypts photograph transmission (HTTPS), performs server-side verification of payment and generation requests, and restricts processing access to the minimum number of personnel.
11. Changes to this policy
Any change to this policy will be announced on the site together with its effective date.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
