시행일 2026년 9월 5일

2026년 9월 24일 개정: 크레딧 단위를 1크레딧 = 100원으로 통일하고, 눈 디자인 고화질 1장을 2,900원(250크레딧)에서 1,500원(15크레딧)으로 내렸습니다. 같은 값으로 크레딧 팩 A는 6장 → 9장, B는 16장 → 23장이 되고(보너스 크레딧 포함), 가입 무료 이용권은 60크레딧(부위 4장)입니다. 이미 보유하신 이용권 장수는 그대로 유지됩니다.
2026년 9월 16일 개정: 크레딧 팩 A·B를 추가하고 풀페이스·Face Pro 판매를 종료했습니다. 가입 무료 이용권은 1,000 크레딧(부위 4장)입니다.
2026년 9월 5일 개정: K뷰티 3D 상품과 PayPal 가격을 추가하고, 이용권 복구 방식과 Face Pro 시안 전달 연락처 안내를 실제 운영 방식에 맞게 수정했습니다.

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 라라랜드맘(이하 “회사”)이 beauwheel.com(이하 “서비스”)에서 제공하는 AI 가상 외모 디자인 미리보기 서비스의 이용조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (서비스의 성격 — 의료행위가 아님)

• 회사는 진단·치료·처치·시술을 하지 않으며, 그에 관한 조언도 하지 않습니다.
• 결과 이미지는 특정 시술의 결과를 예측하거나 보장하지 않습니다. 실제 시술 결과는 개인의 신체 조건과 시술자에 따라 달라지며, 이미지와 무관합니다.
• 회사는 얼굴을 평가하거나 점수화하지 않으며, 특정 외모가 우월하다는 판단을 제공하지 않습니다.
• 회사는 특정 병원·의원·시술자를 추천하거나 알선하지 않습니다.
• 시술을 고려하시는 경우 반드시 의료기관에서 전문가의 상담을 받으시기 바랍니다.

이용자가 이 서비스의 결과물을 근거로 의료적 판단이나 시술을 결정하여 발생한 결과에 대하여 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제3조 (서비스의 내용)

모든 상품은 실물 배송이 없는 디지털 콘텐츠입니다. 해외 이용자를 위하여 눈 디자인·크레딧 팩 A·크레딧 팩 B·K뷰티 3D에 PayPal 결제(각각 $3.50 / $8.99 / $20.99 / $4.99)를 함께 제공합니다. 풀페이스(6회)와 Face Pro는 2026년 9월 16일 판매를 종료하였으며, 그 전에 구매한 이용권은 구매 당시의 조건으로 제공합니다. 변신 영상은 국내 결제로만 제공됩니다.

제4조 (약관의 효력과 변경)

이 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 적용일자와 변경사유를 명시하여 적용일 7일 전 (이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 공지합니다.

제5조 (이용계약의 성립과 이용권)

1. 서비스는 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있으며, 이용자가 상품을 선택하고 결제를 완료하면 이용계약이 성립합니다.
2. 크레딧 팩 등 횟수형 상품은 결제 시 정해진 횟수의 이용권이 부여되며, 생성을 실행할 때마다 1회씩 차감됩니다.
3. 이용권은 이용자의 브라우저 저장소에 보관됩니다. 브라우저 데이터를 삭제하거나 다른 기기·브라우저를 사용하는 경우 잔여 횟수가 조회되지 않을 수 있으므로, 이 경우 결제 정보를 첨부하여 아래 연락처로 문의해 주십시오. 회사는 결제대행사의 결제 내역을 확인하여 이용권을 다시 발급합니다. 회사 서버에는 결제별 사용 횟수가 기록되지 않으므로, 이미 사용한 횟수는 이용자의 설명을 기준으로 반영합니다.

제6조 (제공 시기)

제7조 (대금의 결제)

1. 국내 결제는 결제대행사(포트원)를 통해 원화(KRW)로, 해외 결제는 PayPal을 통해 미국 달러(USD)로 이루어집니다.
2. 회사는 간이과세자로서 세금계산서를 발급하지 않으며, 신용카드 매출전표 또는 현금영수증으로 갈음합니다.
3. 이용자는 결제 전 상품 내용·가격·제공 시기 및 청약철회 제한 사항을 확인할 책임이 있습니다.

제7조의2 (정기결제 — 월 구독)

1. 월 구독은 매월 9,900원(부가세 포함)이 이용자가 등록한 신용·체크카드에서 자동으로 결제되고, 결제와 동시에 1,500 크레딧(부위 디자인 6장)이 지급되는 상품입니다.
2. 첫 결제는 카드 등록 즉시 이루어지며, 이후에는 첫 결제일과 같은 날 매월 결제됩니다. 그 날이 없는 달에는 말일에 결제됩니다.
3. 회사는 결제일 7일 전까지 결제 예정 금액과 날짜를 이용자가 등록한 연락처로 안내합니다. 가격이나 크레딧 수량을 바꾸는 경우에는 적용 30일 전에 안내하며, 이용자는 그 사이 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다.
4. 이용자는 언제든 구독 화면(beauwheel.com/subscribe)에서 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지 즉시 자동 결제가 중단되고 등록된 카드 정보(빌링키)는 삭제되며, 이미 지급된 크레딧은 다음 결제 예정일까지 사용할 수 있습니다.
5. 카드 정보는 결제대행사(포트원)와 한국결제네트웍스(KPN)가 보관하며 회사는 카드번호를 저장하지 않습니다. 회사는 결제에 필요한 식별값(빌링키)만 보관하고 해지 시 삭제합니다.
6. 결제가 3회 연속 실패하면 구독은 자동으로 해지되고 카드 정보는 삭제됩니다.
7. 구독 결제의 청약철회와 환불은 환불·청약철회 정책 제2-1항에 따릅니다.

제8조 (청약철회 및 환불)

청약철회와 환불에 관한 사항은 환불·청약철회 정책에 따릅니다.

제9조 (이용자의 의무 — 사진의 권리)

이용자는 다음 사항을 준수하여야 하며, 위반으로 발생한 분쟁과 손해에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

• 본인의 사진만 업로드할 것. 타인의 사진은 초상권 동의를 적법하게 확보한 경우에만 사용할 수 있습니다.
• 공인·연예인의 사진을 동의 없이 사용하지 않을 것
• 미성년자의 사진을 업로드하지 않을 것
• 생성된 이미지를 타인을 조롱·비방하거나 외모를 평가하는 목적으로 사용하지 않을 것
• 생성된 이미지를 실제 시술 결과인 것처럼 표시하거나 의료 광고에 사용하지 않을 것 — 이는 「의료법」 위반이 될 수 있습니다.
• 그 밖에 음란물, 혐오 표현, 명예훼손 등 법령에 위반되는 목적으로 이용하지 않을 것

회사는 위 사항에 위반되는 것으로 확인된 이용에 대하여 생성을 거절하거나 이용을 제한할 수 있으며, 이 경우 미사용 이용권에 해당하는 금액을 환불합니다.

제10조 (결과물의 권리)

1. 이용자가 생성한 결과물에 대한 이용 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
2. 회사는 이용자의 사진이나 결과물을 홍보·광고 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다. 사용이 필요한 경우 별도로 동의를 받습니다.
3. 회사는 이용자의 사진과 결과물을 AI 모델의 학습 데이터로 사용하지 않습니다.

제11조 (회사의 의무와 책임의 한계)

1. 회사는 서비스의 안정적 제공을 위하여 노력합니다.
2. 회사는 인공지능 생성물의 특성상 결과물의 품질과 인상을 보증하지 않습니다. 다만 기술적 오류로 결과물이 제공되지 않은 경우에는 재생성 또는 환불로 처리합니다.
3. 회사는 천재지변, 외부 AI 서비스의 장애 등 회사의 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 서비스 중단에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이 경우 미제공된 결과물에 대한 대금은 환불합니다.
4. 제2조에 따라, 회사는 이용자가 결과물을 근거로 내린 의료적 판단이나 시술 결정과 그로 인한 결과에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제12조 (분쟁의 해결)

이 약관에 관한 분쟁은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 회사의 주소지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다. 다만 이용자가 소비자인 경우 「민사소송법」상 소비자의 주소지를 관할하는 법원에 소를 제기할 수 있습니다.

분쟁이 원만히 해결되지 않는 경우 한국소비자원(www.kca.go.kr, 국번없이 1372) 또는 전자거래분쟁조정위원회(www.ecmc.or.kr)에 조정을 신청하실 수 있습니다.

Revised 5 September 2026: added the K-Beauty 3D product and its PayPal price, and corrected how credits are restored and how the Face Pro delivery contact is provided to match actual operation.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the AI virtual appearance design preview service (the “Service”) provided by Lalalandmam (the “Company”) at beauwheel.com, and set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and the user.

Article 2 (Nature of the Service — not a medical service)

• The Company does not diagnose, treat or perform procedures, and gives no advice on them.
• The resulting image does not predict or guarantee the outcome of any procedure. Actual outcomes depend on the individual's physical condition and the practitioner, and bear no relation to the image.
• The Company does not evaluate or score faces and offers no judgement that any appearance is superior.
• The Company does not recommend, refer or broker any hospital, clinic or practitioner.
• If you are considering a procedure, please consult a qualified professional at a medical institution.

The Company is not liable for any consequence of a medical decision or procedure that the user undertakes on the basis of output from this Service.

Article 3 (The Service)

All products are digital content with no physical shipment. PayPal payment is offered for international users on Eye Design, Credit Pack A, Credit Pack B and K-Beauty 3D ($3.50 / $8.99 / $20.99 / $4.99 respectively). Full Face (6 uses) and Face Pro were discontinued on 16 September 2026; passes bought before that date are honoured on their original terms. The Motion clip is available through domestic payment only.

Article 4 (Effect and amendment of these Terms)

These Terms take effect upon being posted within the Service. The Company may amend them within the limits of applicable law, and will give notice of the effective date and the reason for the amendment at least 7 days in advance (30 days where the change is unfavourable to users).

Article 5 (Formation of contract and credits)

1. The Service may be used without registration. A contract is formed when the user selects a product and completes payment.
2. For credit-based products such as the Credit Packs, the stated number of credits is granted at payment and one credit is deducted per generation.
3. Credits are stored in the user's browser storage. If you clear browser data or switch device or browser, the balance may not be found; please contact us with your payment details. The Company verifies the transaction with the payment provider and re-issues the credits. Because the Company's servers do not record the number of uses per payment, credits already used are accounted for on the basis of your explanation.

Article 6 (Time of supply)

1. Domestic payments are processed in Korean won (KRW) through PortOne; international payments are processed in US dollars (USD) through PayPal.
2. The Company is a simplified taxpayer and does not issue tax invoices; a credit card sales slip or cash receipt is provided instead.
3. The user is responsible for reviewing the product description, price, delivery time and any restriction on withdrawal before paying.

Article 7-2 (Recurring payment — Monthly plan)

1. The Monthly plan charges KRW 9,900 (VAT included) each month to the credit or debit card the user has registered, and 1,500 credits (six part designs) are granted at the moment of each charge.
2. The first charge is made as soon as the card is registered; later charges fall on the same day of each month, or on the last day of a month that has no such day.
3. The Company notifies the user of the upcoming amount and date at least 7 days before each charge. Any change to the price or the number of credits is announced at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the user may cancel at any time in the meantime.
4. The user may cancel at any time on the subscription page (beauwheel.com/subscribe). Cancellation stops automatic charges immediately and deletes the stored card token (billing key); credits already granted remain usable until the next scheduled charge date.
5. Card details are held by the payment provider (PortOne) and Korea Payment Networks (KPN); the Company never stores card numbers. The Company keeps only the billing key needed to charge, and deletes it on cancellation.
6. After three consecutive failed charges the plan is cancelled automatically and the card token is deleted.
7. Withdrawal and refunds for plan charges follow section 2-1 of the Refund & Withdrawal policy.

Article 8 (Withdrawal and refunds)

Withdrawal and refunds are governed by the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

Article 9 (User obligations — rights in photographs)

The user must comply with the following. Responsibility for disputes and losses arising from a breach rests with the user.

• Upload only your own photographs. Photographs of other people may be used only where portrait consent has been lawfully secured.
• Do not use photographs of public figures without their consent
• Do not upload photographs of minors
• Do not use generated images to mock, disparage or rate another person's appearance
• Do not present generated images as the result of an actual procedure, and do not use them in medical advertising — this may breach the Medical Service Act.
• Do not use the Service for obscene material, hate speech, defamation or any other unlawful purpose

The Company may refuse generation or restrict use where a breach is identified, and will refund the amount corresponding to any unused credits.

Article 10 (Rights in the output)

1. Rights to use the output belong to the user.
2. The Company does not use the user's photographs or output for promotional or advertising purposes. Separate consent is obtained where such use is required.
3. The Company does not use the user's photographs or output as training data for AI models.

Article 11 (Company obligations and limits of liability)

1. The Company will endeavour to provide the Service reliably.
2. Given the nature of AI-generated material, the Company does not warrant the quality or impression of the output. Where the output is not delivered due to a technical fault, the Company will regenerate it or issue a refund.
3. The Company is not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters and outages at external AI providers. Amounts paid for undelivered output are refunded.
4. Under Article 2, the Company is not liable for any medical decision or procedure the user undertakes on the basis of the output, or for its consequences.

Article 12 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court having jurisdiction over the Company's address shall be the court of first instance. Where the user is a consumer, an action may be brought in the court having jurisdiction over the consumer's address under the Civil Procedure Act.

Where a dispute is not resolved amicably, application may be made to the Korea Consumer Agency (www.kca.go.kr, 1372) or the E-Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee (www.ecmc.or.kr).
